"Hotel is in great location, but is getting dated. Definitely not worth the price asked for the room. Breakfast was ok, but it’s more for Asian customers, if you expect something like in NY - expect a massive disappointment. Customer service was poor - definitely not what you expect from Hyatt. Biggest letdown was how wrong they got everything for my wife’s birthday. Instead of birthday dinner we got a date night package, and when we pointed them at the mistakes nothing was fixed. It’s 2 weeks now that I’m waiting for any response from Hyatt, and hope on receiving any feedback is fading. Overall, they only have the Hyatt name - and nothing else. No service, no customer care. No 5 star standards. Only the shiny outside. Major disappointment. Stay away"

"I wanted to love this place. However, the internet wasn't working the entire time. Pool is under renovation and so is the gym. Location is about a mile south of Temple of Haven. Jintai exit is about .3 miles. Staff is decent but they use a translator."
