Whenever there was an issue, they would smile sweetly, and basically tell you to go blank yourself, but in a very polite manner

This by far has been the worst hotel experience of my adult life
As an example, they post that they have a gym. Nobody tells you that if you don’t have a Japanese SIM card you can’t access their Jim when I brought this to the attention of the staff. They offered two solutions one go buy a Chinese SIM card to find another gym both equally unhelpful and showed a complete lack of empathy or interest

From check-in to check out.
For check-in, they would allow you to check in early for a fee, even though they stated the room is ready
Then once you agreed to the fee, they said oh at this time we have to have that by another $20-$80 Australian
I caution travellers to never use this hotel"
