Lovely pre cruise stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay for 2 nights as the property is lovely and surrounding area has plenty to see and so with lovely shops.

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yokohama. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a great selection of fresh vegetables, yogurt, fruit and so on. The room was of good size with a nice view. The staff at the reception and the breakfast place were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Thank you for taking care of us and make our stay in Yokohama so memorable

Amazing hotel in great location. Room was clean, and had everything we needed.

Great location just behind Yokohama train station (as the name suggests). Short walk to the station and lots of shops and bars around the local area for anything you need. Staff were amazing, the room was large, bright and clean with comfortable beds!

Clean, great view over all of Tokyo. Ideally located for Minatomirai and Yokohama station. Entrance a bit tricky to find.
