It was an amazing stay, we are 3 families with mostly teenagers. Steve and his wife make sure ther e is enough food for us. They even brew special tea for us due to the cold weather. Very helpful and helped us to book car to airport even we don't stay there at later part of the trip. It snowed on the day we left for Jeju, Steve message me to look out for snow as it was an item the children prayed for. Overall good experience, thanks for the warm hospitality.

This hotel is almost perfect - free mini bar, super nice decor, gorgeous shower. Except my room had zero natural light - not only did the window face a wall but they also put black film over it to block the little light there might have been. The overall effect was there was no difference between night and day! A shame because everything else was perfect. Would not recommend standard room size for two people with luggage, but for one no problem at all.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Thank you for an excellent stay - Staff welcoming and attentive, location is great, the room was perfect and great nearby amenities. I recommend 100% and hope to visit again in future. Please keep up the excellent standards!

Luxurious hotel in the centre of Seoul close to Lotte department store with an amazing bar and pool

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower

Great location, very modern and clean hotel with plenty of room for a family of 3 in the family room. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was close to the main Myeongdong area but on the edge so provided some peace and quiet. Probably the best hotel we stayed in whilst in South Korea and really useful amenities such as an area with a microwave, table and chairs and water fountain on each floor. Room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom.
