"We reserved a family prestige 1 bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised that it came with a powder room as well as a full master bathroom perfect for a family of four. The sofa bed in the living room was large enough for our 12 year-old and eight-year-old children to share, and the staff set it up so nicely for them to sleep in. Cannot speak highly enough of the bed, comfort, cleanliness of the room, robes for amenities, slippers, and all the toiletries that were available for use in the bathroom my son enjoyed the tub and we enjoyed the shower. The location was very convenient to the subway, convenient to breakfast places even when you were jetlagged early in the morning, and easily walkable to the latte mall for shopping and or eating. Loved looking at the beautiful lake across the street morning and night. Would love to return back to the Sofitel in Seoul again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant and luxurious stay! "we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"
