The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem. "

A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"My husband had become injured before we arrived, and the hotel manager very kindly provided us with an ice pack and directions on where to purchase a cane. He checked back with us several times and was always concerned and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, the hotel in excellent condition, and the breakfast most satisfying. "
