Located just outside the M1, easy to reach. Take away places and Aldi just down the road, 10 min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, it also had a microwave and a toaster. Inside parking.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. The property is well maintained and in a peaceful location. There appears to be only a few cottages/rooms. The rooms are modern, plush and very comfortable. The only thing that is somewhat negative, is the WI-FI situation. It initially appeared (according to the in-room booklet) that there was only WI-FI available in...

Quite happy with our stay in good quality rooms above restaurant/bar.
Certainly a lot better that the Waterford inn further up the road
