"No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."
