"L'Hôtel est situé dans le centre de Yaoundé mais à l'écart de la circulation et à l'ombre des arbres dans un cadre très agréable. Restaurant -bar agréable avec terrasse. Chambre en bon état général, climatisation efficace et silencieuse. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite en particulier la baignoire mais c'est OK pour prendre une douche, avec une bonne pression d'eau. Propreté OK."

"The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!"

"Decent hotel in a town with few decent ones. Low value for money but you can't find much better, so you have to adapt. Service was ok; avoid the laundry (I paid express twice and both times got it 2 days later only, the second time they wanted to return me the late laundry after we left the country, saying that they'd send it abroad... really I have to believe that? = avoid the laundry). - Restaurant is decent (for one week stay), some professional staff worked there. - Ah, my fully-prepaid stay...

Merci à l'équipe du Safoutier pour le petit déjeuner toujours au top, une mention spéciale à Larissa qui était déjà à l'écoute l'année dernière et qui reste fidèle à elle même dans la maîtrise de son art pour l'accueil le sourire et la communication. De même, merci à Ibrahim (équipe du dîner)pour sa douceur et son écoute. Il prend le temps de communiquer et d'écouter. Merci à Elizabeth et Rahab pour leur service. Merci à l'équipe du ménage, en remontant du petit déjeuner ma chambre était toujours impeccable ! Spécial Merci à Florence qui a su rendre la chambre des mariés aussi chaleureuse que romantique avec sa décoration cocooning.
