Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The spa experience was also good, it was relaxing and professionally managed. Overall, a great stay and strongly recommend for anyone visiting Kakinada for business or pleasure."

"This hotel is pretty accessible right next to the railway station. However, it’s too noisy place. You could hear announcements from the railway station from within the room. There is a banquet hall in fourth floor. Any noise from fourth floor drills down to third floor and it’s absolutely hard to sleep when there are weddings, especially there are night weddings. There is also slight cigarette smell. They changed my room but always ask for non smoking room."

"Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush. "
