"Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush. "

"Lovely stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel with friendly staff and great service combined with excellent facilities and delightful food, all at value for money prices. Enormous room fitted with the best of facilities, including a huge 4K HD TV screen giving a cinematic experience. Apparently each room has a unique design with designer headboard on the bed and a really comfortable mattress. I had such an enjoyable stay that I extended it. Simply fabulous!"
