When checked in, we both got the vibes that the check in employee didn't think we belonged there. My husband is Hispanic, so hopefully not the reason, She lightened up as she spoke to us though. Could be a little friendlier. Other staff were exceptional. The hotel outweighed the negatives. Beautiful view and very quiet. Alarm clock was preset by someone very early and then kept going off which was annoying, and the shower head was set to point out of the bath/shower to the door entrance which sucked when we didn't notice and turned it on but other than that great accommodations and better than average complimentary breakfast.

Beautiful location. Wonderful ocean view from room and patio. They go the extra mile in every detail. Coffee was the best! Breakfast selections were the best, my only complaint being eggs and oatmeal were a little dried out and cold. Delicious breakfast anyway, thanks.

Lovely spacious room with terrific ocean views. Breakfast was disappointing, cafeteria-style and not the best quality. It was off-season, so might be better when the property is busier.

I wished we stayed another night. This is one of the most exquisite locations on earth to stay because of the large windows with a beautiful view of the ocean plus walking pathways to enjoy the rocks and sand. Walked in the beach during low tide and saw an abundance of sea stars. Amazing. I wish there were more food options besides breakfast available on site.

What a gem. Beautiful location right on the coast. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the surf and the sunset. Excellent breakfast with homemade egg dishes and granola. Very friendly staff who love to share their passion for the area.

The room was lovely. The spa and Lesley was fabulous. Check in was great...very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn't very good and staff not very friendly or welcoming.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are very large with picture windows looking out over the ocean. Walking path along ocean is just out back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is an added treat. Will definitely be returning!

The Overleaf is a very nice quaint place to stay. The staff was great and the place was clean. There recommended a place to eat in town that had excellent seafood.
