We really liked the lounge area, the patio, and the complimentary beverages. The location is excellent as it is close to the MTR and within walking distance to shops and good neighborhood restaurants. We had to leave Hong Kong early because of the upcoming typhoon and needed help with our travel insurance claim. The staff of Figo was very responsive and helpful!!"
