"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance...

"There was no staff working when we arrived on Sunday; everything was closed. The room had no ventilation, and there was only one pillow on the bed. I slept very poorly because of that."

"Et udemærket værelse til prisen. Jeg ankom klokken 22 og tog afsted næste morgen klokken 8. Til dette formål var hotellet fint. Værelset var rent og sengen god. Der var lidt lydt, fra gangen, men ikke noget der generede mig. Jeg ville ikke vælge hotellet hvis jeg skulle opholde mig der udover når jeg skulle sove. Beliggenhed perfekt."
