Being a new cumber to the area they suggested excellent things to do, showed us the way to the nearest train station, and provided great customer service throughout our stay. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "
