"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property.
We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received

"Bus stop outside, shopping centre with cinema up road. Room compact and bijou. Elevator can be a tad frustrating, stopping at most floors. However, this only affected us in the morning and when we returned after nightfall. Would defo stay again."
