Being a new cumber to the area they suggested excellent things to do, showed us the way to the nearest train station, and provided great customer service throughout our stay. "Everything barring the bathroom was fine. The bathroom was so terrible that it pulled down the rating for the overall property. The drain for the shower and the washbasin was the same and water used to come out of the drain while taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was pretty filthy - did not want to even touch it. "
