We liked the lication and street scene of thd property. The agricultural smell was constant and sewage like. The receptionist had difficulties with their IT equipment failing them. Most of all the rooms bathroom was well below standard for this price bracket - faulty shower heat control, unclean and in deep clean of room (woodwork, plumbing and decoration. Cracked toilet seat, black mold and disgusting toulet stains. We even found others pubic hair. The bed was very comfortable as well as good tv, drinks, storage and access.

We loved our stay at the Rossett Hall Hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful (special shout out to Helen!) and very helpful with our daily sightseeing questions. The food in the hotel is great and the rooms are spacious and clean with ample hot water and comfortable baths. Rossett is a small town that on its own doesn’t have too much to do, however the location of this hotel is fantastic. We flew into Manchester and rented a car and this hotel gave us a great base and easy access to all of North and Mid Wales as well as Manchester area. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

A real find
We had to attend a funeral in Wrexham and usually when we are there, we stay at the Ramada but I suppose that given it was Valentines night all the rooms there were fully booked. So trawling the web, we came across the Rossett Hall Hotel and were glad we did. A real find and thoroughly recommended.

Good place for a short stay
Friendly staff, clean room. Plumbing in the bathroom was quirky. Breakfast good but dinner not so great. Might be better to look for a local restaurant for evening meal.

Quite remote, nothing closeby other than a Co-Op. The place is big and pretty, service is very friendly, and they allowed our dog to stay! The bed was huge and soft and comfy, there were pillows of varying softness, including one that was super cozy and perfect for me. The bathroom could use a renovation, but counter space and lighting were good! Dead spider on ceiling and a live spider on the corner 😖. Room needs a new coat of paint.

Lovely place to stay - staff were really great.
Receptionist Sam was lovely, staff in restaurant were also very good. Service at Sunday lunch was a bit slow - there were 8 of us and it took over 2 hours to order and eat and there seemed a long wait, despite the restaurant being quiet. Room was great - clean, plenty of tea/coffee and space. The only thing that disturbed our sleep was door banging - the doors seem incredibly heavy and therefore impossible to shut without it slamming - which can be disruptive when you're trying to sleep if there were any inconsiderates staying. Breakfast was fantastic - you certainly could fill yourself up before starting your day. It was lovely to sit out in the many outside spaces, undercover or in the sun. It felt very relaxed and overall a good choice for a few days to visit family. I would stay again and would recommend.

Stayed 2 nights on a leisure break hotel really nice and lovely village bedroom was large and clean and bed comfortable, breakfast was very good but bit disappointed on evening meal both nights we stayed.

Large, comfortable room with large bathroom. Good breakfast, unfortunately the pastries had run out and weren't replaced and there was limited fruit. Staff were friendly.

Room was nice but bathroom needed deep cleaning. Mould in the sealant and bath tiles and toilet pan needed bleaching. Bed very comfortable and overall the room itself was clean
