"The price, accommodations, proximity to New Albany were perfect for us! We felt safe, which is the greatest concern when booking from out of town and not knowing the areas. We didn't have a lot of time to visit the vast amount of upscale shopping and dining areas nearby, but for other people, this might be a huge plus! My other comments are to the management only, because we were in need of a safe, clean place to stay, with a bit of food to start our day, and EVERYONE DELIVERED--THANK YOU! I'm only stating the rest to the management in case you want to improve in these areas: If I were in management, I would tell the staff to use eye contact and smile. It was across the board (at the desk and kitchen). No smiles. I didn't pay for eye-contact and smiles--the contract with us was completed, but smiles used to be free, and they set a tone. I actually liked that housekeeping didn't clean in between the two nights (yet you offer it for free upon request). I always thought that was overkill for a two-night stay, and if it saves money, that's great! Thanks again!"

"The hotel is a pleasant surprise. The bathroom is small and has limited space to hang towels and no shelving in the shower to put soap or shampoo on. Overall though, a very comfortable room with lots of space, a nice couch and nice amenities like fitness and breakfast"

"The hotel was connected to the convention center where we had a volleyball tournament so it was convenient. Parking was easy. "
