"The hotel itself is great for early flights Bed comfortable. The usage of the phone to operate the room is great. Unfortunately for me specifically he was my first time to use the hotel the staff on that late shift was not friendly not professional at all even after I told them that he was my first time no alarm bell rung for them to helpful.shame for lack of customer service."

"We were disappointed with our stay unfortunately. We arrived at reception and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in whilst staff allowed other guests to cut the queue with no acknowledgement of the guests waiting patiently. On entrance to our room a strong smell of cigarette smoke hit us. I called down to reception to report it but no one answered. We’d had a very long journey so persevered and opened the window to try and disperse the smell. We reported it to reception just to be told that they’d asked security to investigate… no apology. "
