"So to start off the lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Didn’t say much she ask for my id and card didn’t tell me how much the deposit was going to be so I had to ask. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast hours were. She never smiled. So check in needs some work. Second thing was the back outside door that you were supposed to have a key to open was broken. What do you mean broken. I mean like all you had to do was pull the door to open without the key. It was me and my daughter traveling and they put us next to that door so it was nerve wracking. Three there were little pieces of trash around the room like they didn’t completely clean it. But I will say the lady who worked the front desk when checking out was super nice."

"As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. We had a check in issue and were told the manager was off on Saturdays and could not help us, but he was actually just around the corner and finally came out. It will take a little intentional effort to keep the hotel nice and new."

"I’m ashamed to say I forgot her name but the young lady at the front desk was wonderful. I enjoyed that there were amenities close as well. "

"This is an older property. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortabe, and the room amenities were fine. The breakfast choices were very good. The downside was being on the first floor next to the outside door. Some of the guests were a little loud slamming doors in the middle of the night. It was only a one night stay so nothing to worrisome."
