Rooms and amenities were excellent. Big Ben is about a 10-minute walk. The hotel's breakfast is very recommended. It has a bar with a Starbucks attached. Very convenient as well. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the hotel recently. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained to a high standard, but noise levels were quite high due to renovations which made it hard to fully relax.

Location excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly BUT The bathroom area was awful - loud creaking push/pull door, a dangerous step up, hardly any space and the plug was clogged with dirty hair. Also the air conditioning was faulty.
