"Polite staffs and great food."

"Sota Suite is modern, sleek and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts would take a while to get to us sometimes, by passing our floors multiple time. Breakfast was limited, not always consistent with having the scrambled eggs available, but there was always something to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful."

"The room was nice and big enough, however , there was no hot water on the 2nd day, so we have to shower with cold water! The location is convenient with lots of restaurants around."

"Breakfast was poor with little choice and quality. Also had to ask reception to have breakfast tables cleared as no where to sit, this is due to no catering staff carrying out duties."

When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night."

"This stay was perfect for my friend and I because of how much we had planned and traveled around Busan. It is very close to the airport which made traveling to Jeju an easy experience. The staff was fantastic, so nice, and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan. "

A good business hotel that provides what a busy business/tourist traveller needs- clean room, warm shower, nice toiletries, in room fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, breakfast and 24/7 front desk with reception lounging sofas to wait for taxis,etc "
