This was excellent Hotel to accomodate my son and I on our first trip to Seoul and Busan, South Korea. The Reception Staff were very friendly and accomodating and provided great travel advice too! The Room had been as described which was spacious and super clean.

夫婦旅行で使いました。今回の韓国旅行で連泊はこちらのホテルのみでしたが、西面は釜山の地下鉄の中心で、どこに行くにも便利でした。駅から若干距離があり、スーツケースを持っての移動はきつかったですが、重い荷物がなければ問題なく歩けました。空港までは、ホテルからタクシーで行ける距離です。日本語も使えて、日本のビジネスホテルみたいな雰囲気で、旅行の最後に使うには楽でした。また、ホテルの1階にパスクッチのイタリアンカフェがあり、朝食を食べましたが、アメリカーノはカップが大きく、ゆっくり出来ました。海雲台からの移動も便利で、甘川文化村や広安里海岸にも行けました。スタッフも適度な対応で、快適でした。ありがとうございました！

日本語での丁寧な対応に何より安心できたし感謝しています。お部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。コインランドリーは外の店舗、歯ブラシは1,000ウォン、製氷機はなく氷はフロントでいただくという新しいかたちでしたが大変満足しています。ありがとうございました。
