"Pension is on the outskirts of Busan, so quieter & less populated area. The hotel & room were clean and our room had a nice view of the ocean/beach. One negative is that it can get a little loud if there are guests singing karaoke at night. Also appreciate that it is pet-friendly. We tend to travel with our toy pomeranian often. "

"Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that"

"The room is small. Not much to see or do around here however metro is nearby to other areas. If you're not a fan of wet toilets, this is not a place for you. Also, you'll be charged Won10.000 for extending your checkout by an hour til1200. Landlady won't budge. This despite me paying an extra full day so that I could check in early rather than wait til the 1600 check in time. (After a red eye) Would I stay here again - No. "

"Unfortunately, due to the rainy season, I noticed a musty smell in the room and the bedding was quite worn out. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel was quite narrow, and the door was very old and difficult to lock and unlock, making it impossible for me to do it by myself. I understand that these issues may be beyond your control, but I hope that you can address them in the future to provide a better experience for your guests."

"What an amazing hotel in downtown Busan! I usually don’t write reviews but for this hotel I have to. The hotel is located in the middle of Busan with free parking at affordable price. The room is surprisingly spacious with separate toilet/sink/shower and tub. Front desk staffs are extremely friendly and kind. They were very quick to respond to my questions even before check in. Highly recommend this place. "

"The crew at this hotel is just AMAZING! They did everything for making us have a great stay. The hotel is located right in the center of the shopping district with many restaurants around which was very convenient for us. Also, they have a laundry in the basement you can access to for a very small fee. In general, it’s a great choice for the price"
