"Free shuttle bus from airport, friendly and helpful staffs. Got help with our suitcases from the bus to delivering it to our room. New hotel, so everything was big and clean. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Bought waterpark admission as did not pick the package, they gave me discount for it. I was also able to store our luggages while we go around Korea. "

The one and only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel with excellent service and the Mountain vegetarian bibimbap was amazing! "

"Great location and breakfast menu changes slightly everyday. Only small issue is that the lobby location not on the ground floor and the lift can be pretty slow and packed. Room is of decent size and clean. "
