"Lovely hotel and staff, rooms were spacious and clean and beds vwry comfortable. The hotels grounds are wcenic and perfect for weddings (which we were attending as guests). Only downside is that the rooms 1st floor rooms are difficult to access witha wheelchairbor pram and breakfast service was a bit slow although we did go down at peak times."

"Arrived early morning we had breakfast there & our room was ready for us. Will definitely stay again loved every minute of it. A very relaxing stay. We were only staying for one night as travelling further on. We enjoyed it so much we will return for a longer stay. "

"The hotel was clean and smart, the dining options were excellent and the food absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom also nice and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable but not terribly so. Unfortunately it was a very warm September weekend. The first night the room was unbearably got even with the window open as the air con wasn't working and the heating was on. We reported this to reception and asked if there was at least a fan....

"Lovely place,slightly disappointed to have been asked to remove my shoes before going up to my room( I have bad arthritis) secondly difficult getting in and out of the bed due to low beams either side of bed. I can’t judge on any other room. I studied the reviews before my stay stay, and people clearly love this beautiful home."
