The room was very clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Food was ok. Staff very friendgly and welcoming. Location is isolated without car.

Fabulous!
Absolutely fantastic! Chalet type room with a bed that you definitely don't want to get out of! The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Customer service was excellent and so friendly, 5* Would definitely stay there again!!

Will be coming back.
The rooms could have been spruced up a bit and maybe a fridge in the room in order to keep fresh milk in etc... however, the food in the restaurant and the staff were lovely and made the trip all the more enjoyable.

The Inn at West End was delightful and we stayed four nights and loved it. The breakfast was excellent and available until 11.30am which for the jet lagged is perfect. One of our daughters did not make it until later and they still accommodated us for free! Staff were so friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom large and excellent shower. Good car parking. We will be back!

Excellent rooms & friendly service
Lovely stay, excellent, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Nice shower room. Pub is great for evening meal & breakfast (the latter was perhaps a little slow, but otherwise good). Would definitely return.

The Inn West End - Great Place to Stay.
The Inn West End is a great place to stay with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and parking. All the staff are friendly and there is a welcoming atmosphere. The Inn West End serves great food and drink at reasonable prices, which can be enjoyed inside or out in the garden. Highly recommend The Inn West End for a short stay.

I was beyond welcomed. The whole staff was amazing and I had the best time. Everyone was courteous and friendly, but they also made sure I had everything I needed. I was welcomed with my choice of hot breakfast every morning. They also had the best tea! I cannot wait to go back!

Superb service and value.
The Inn West End, Woking is a great example of well run accommodation, pub and restaurant. All the staff we encountered were charming and efficient, without being overbearing. The service was accommodating and helpful and with a range of staff ages they must be very well trained. V good food and reasonably priced. Plainly this must be appreciated by locals as the Inn was busy with happy diners. The manager Cathy sorted out a booking issue which was no fault of the Inn West End efficiently. Great.

Spacious room with great walk-in shower. Catherine was a very friendly and helpful person. She should be commended for her energy levels, hospitality, flexibility and 'can-do' attitude. If only the rooms had USB ports, then this would make the experience faultless.

A lovely room, quiet location with modern amenities eg. towel rack heater, vanity mirror etc Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - can order off menu and/or select from small cold cuts/cereal buffet. Service was friendly too

Not so dog friendly and expensive
Not so dog friendly! I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have dogs, there are only two rooms that are dog friendly non of which are twin. The rooms are boiling, despite a fan being provided. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant which is the main cut through to the bar to order as there is no table service to the garden. You have to walk round through the car park to enter from the front entrance. There are no table numbers on the pods outside, making ordering on the app difficult. If you are not a 'tech' person with phones you would struggle to have anything to eat or drink without making multiple trips through the car park to the bar, which is inconvenient. There is no bin at all for dog waste, when asked where to put the waste we were told to walk to the nearest park to dispose of it! We paid £30 for two non-malting small dogs as an expensive surcharge, to say the least. The food was hot but nothing special for £25 for steak and £16.95 for burger and chips there was no extra mile or garnish. During breakfast, we listened to staff gossip in the bar, and our order had to be taken twice because the waitress didn't listen or write it down. All in all, for £175 I have stayed in much nicer places, which provide a more dog-friendly experience so I wouldn't return. I found it expensive and underwhelming.

Fantastic staff made us very welcome despite our late arrival and only a one night stay. The Bordeaux suite was quiet and had all the amenities we wanted. Breakfast before checkout was lovely - superb coffee!! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed 2 nights bed and breakfast as we were attending a wedding nearby. We would happily return to stay again and be able to have evening meals there too as the menu looked delicious. Our breakfasts were excellent with great options. Our room was clean and very comfortable with a great bathroom containing walk-in shower. The icing on the cake was the excellence of every member of staff with special mention of Lazlo, Penny, Ollie and Denise. They were so friendly, welcoming, thorough and efficient. Well done to you all.
