"We stayed at Mistral building inside quay apartments. We were given 3-bedrrom apartment even though we booked for a 2-bedroom apartment. Only downside was tha we didn’t have access to the pool and gym so wasn’t sure why and I personally didn’t chase it. Because our itinerary was fully packed and didn’t have anytime for the infouse pool. So no complaints. Overall experience was superb and wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Easy access to shops(harbour town premium outlets) and restaurants. Myself and my family enjoyed every bit of it"

"Extremely spacious room with two double beds that overlooked the pool, almost like having your own pool. Provided kettle but no microwave as any extra heat in the room sets off the smoke alarms. We only stayed one night but something set the smoke alarm off in the building and we were told to vacate the property by the fire brigade. Not long before the smoke alarm went off i could smell someone smoking weed. The pool was good. The bar also serves very nice pizza and had good live music on the Sunday. Didn't use the restaurant. Lovely view overlooking the harbour filled with small boats. "

"Rooms are dated, yet good but need updating- the AC in the rooms need upgrade - temp gauge not working well, the room have a smell of dampness or lack refresh aired rooms, even when AC has been wiring all day."

"Everything was soo close and the nostalgia of the Manor was very heartwarming. The restaurant to us was 5 star and we have eaten in a lot of places!! We actually stayed an extra night because of the food and were definitely not disappointed!! The owner were also lovely and went above and beyond for us.., "

"Check in was excellent, was given a letter saying there was maintenance being done and there would be no water from 11pm till 4 am. No drama there. Got back from dinner around 9 and heard a noise didn’t think much of it till I got into bed and the noise continued. It was a loud drilling sound. After about and hour of this I rang reception to see what was going on. They said they were preparing for the maintenance I asked how long it was going to go on they said they’d call me back. The noise continued on and off for the next hour so I rang again. The attitude was pretty much too bad and I could change rooms, yes change room from the deluxe king ocean view room I paid for to a standard room then move back the following day. No offer of any compensation no offer of anything. I was unpacked and my assistance dog was sound asleep we’d been up since 4am so at 11pm it wasnt an option I wanted to take.The drilling continued and I rang again and got pretty much the same answer and attitude. I asked if there were other complaints and they said yes. nThe whole point of this is if they had scheduled maintenance why book rooms that were going to be effected. Pure Greed as far as I’m concerned. I also could plug the jug or coffee machine in next morning. I’d plug them in turn on and the plug would slowly slide out and appliances stopped working.There was also lots of mould in the shower and on air con. Mentioned the noise on checkout and all I got was oh sorry about that. Never again!"
