"The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice."

"Amazing resort,close to the beach,great pool and swim up bar. All staff are super friendly,happy and courteous! Special shout out to Marie for helping us with an issue with our room and for her generosity!! The rooms are probably a bit dated, but we did not spend too much time in our room anyway. The buffet breakfast and dinner were a stand out-high quality and super fresh offerings-highly recommended!"
