Check-in went smoothly and we did not face any issues during arrival. However, there were a few major problems during our stay. The Wi-Fi was not working at all throughout the property, which caused a lot of inconvenience. In addition, none of the heaters in the upstairs rooms were functioning properly. Because of this, the rooms became extremely cold during the night, making it very uncomfortable for us and disturbing our sleep. We would appreciate it if these issues could be looked into and resolved for future guests.
