"I booked three rooms for two days for the family (we were staying here for a funeral) and one of the rooms had roaches and flying gnats. I also took photos and video footage of this awful, God forsaken, deplorable room. Roaches were on the nightstand by the phone, the bathroom mirror, and under the bathroom sink crawling along the baseboard. I’ve stayed here before several times over the past four years and I have never experienced roaches or gnats in the guest rooms. I’ve stayed for the convenience and the rooms used to be decent enough for a quick overnight stay. The manager ended up refunding me a one nights stay but going forward, I will no longer stay here. When comparing the guest rooms at this specific Hampton Inn to other hotels on the same caliber/level, the rooms at this location are quite dated and could definitely use some refurbishing and upgrades, so it’s not surprising that pests would be attracted to this kind of environment. The carpet is extremely old, worn, and needs to be pulled up, the towels are dingy and have stains on them, the window shades are not working optimally, and the elevators have various odd smells that definitely are not fresh. I’m a Marriott BonVoy member, so I will just go back to them because the rooms and the guest experience are always top notch. "

"Room was clean, property is older though, so it shows in many areas. There was an old peep hole in the outside of the door that had been removed, then filled with a piece of paper towel. I didn’t see it until my last day, but was unsettling. "

"Rooms were pretty cleaned, AC worked well with no wierd odors, kitchen counters were clean and ready to be used. There were a few dull cosmectic issues but nothing to strain the stay. Staff were nice and front desk was pleasant. Sidebar: Beds were great and fell asleep with ease."

"This is my go to spot if I need a room last minute. So I've stayed several times. But the only thing, I saw a baby roach coming out the bathroom. So it kinda made me rethink coming back. "
