We went to room 205, in the late evening, turned on the light, and dozens of bugs scurried up the walls, into the closet and the bathroom. Cockroaches amongst them! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Other guests found bugs in their rooms as well, and left immediately with us.

I didn't appreciate or like the fact that neither the tv remote nor the phone worked in two of the three rooms that I was shuffled in and out of. After two lengthy walks to the lobby/ front desk, I was given another room and upon opening the door and turning the light on, bugs scattered around the room. I killed one on my bed and have video of the incident. I returned to the front desk and waited 25 minutes before someone heard my yells of "hello" through the hallways of the first floor. I expressed my displeasure,along with the fact that I was staying at this hotel because I had a two plus hour drive to get to Danville for tests at the hospital early the next morning. I was told that they didn't want to see the bugs or the video,that they weren't familiar with the rooms at all, and that it was a housekeeping issue. I was offered a third room and,since I was stressed out and it was nearly 11 o'clock, I sat in a chair near the window and watched a Bengal striped cat jump in and out of the garbage can beneath my window. I got no sleep at all and left my key card and remote on the desk at 7 am. I was told that they have a no refund policy and when I asked why, at 10 o'clock at night,or any time for that matter,was the front desk left unattended , I was told that they have other jobs to do. I'm sure that the length of my time is visible on the security cameras. I would never give my money or trust a good night's rest to this establishment. Completely rude, uncaring staff.

Poorly lit signage and parking lot, on site restaurant not open, “breakfast” consisted of make your own waffle or a pop tart, shower didn’t drain, water was brown and metallic smelling, curtains were stained, bed sheets were dirty (covered with hair) the one employee was kind and helped me change the sheets but 2nd set had a live bug, 3rd set was clean. Towels were yellowed, was in a suite but no TV is TV cabinet in living space. No USB outlets. Ice machine broken, told not to drink the water anyway soooo….toilet appeared I flushed but was just stained and water was brown.
