"Great experience: my room was minimal but modern, sleek and super functional. Not a single inch wasted but everything looked clean, new and well maintained. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever tried. The rain shower was pleasurable. The whole vibe was modern and fresh. Music from the pool was at times a bit too loud, but only when I stayed in my room in the afternoon. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel."

"It looked like they had just finished working in the room. There were metal shards on the desk and wood shavings/powder where they had drilled holes in the wall. The television would not turn off with the remote. There was a lot of construction noise. The staff that helped me at the front desk was so helpful and patient. I believe her name was Rozi. She had great customer service."

"The “live hotel”was good for the area that it’s in the pool is nice the parking is very tight the price shouldn’t be as high as it is being that you’re in a neighborhood with dogs barking all night/day the elevator can hold 4 people at a time it doesn’t state weight size just the amount of people that can be on the elevator every where we went was close by"

"Housekeepers got upset when we questioned hair on bed and in the bathroom. Long strands of hair were found all over the toilet and the housekeepers were acting as if we were dramatic that OTHER hair was all over the bathroom. The bed had little and long hairs all over the blankets. When looking up at ceilings, dust all over. We complained and got a second room, which ended up not being cleaned at all from the previous guests. Had to settle for the 3rd room given to us. The clerk was useful giving us other rooms when asked."
