"Needed to cancel and they wouldn't allow it. We booked quickly and they would not let us be refunded. It was too far away from where we needed to be"

"Very first day we get the elevator it smells like somebody been smoking marijuana. the second day we needed towels cuz we only had one towel and one rag when we came but they had no towels or bags. they didn't have none the whole time we stayed there the room was kind of nasty the toilet was leaking water in the floor every time you flushed it because it was loose. I got a good price but honestly it wasn't even worth it"
