"The staff was wonderful. I had problems with the rooms. The first room had a leak in the bathroom, that flooded the floors. The second room had a broken shower door. And I requested a room on first floor to help me with my disability with walking. The manager said he could not change my request and instead placed me in a room on the second floor, furthest from the elevators….not helpful at all! "

"The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming when I checked in and checked out. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. I had my dogs with me, and the room was very comfortable. I loved that there was grass outside the door for my dogs, as well. I appreciate how hassle-free my stay was. "
