They went above and beyond to deal with my chemical sensitivities, switching out to fragrance free soap & cleaners for me, and opening the windows and completely airing the apartment before arrival. They sent a great e-mail that explained in detail how to get to the property & how to access it. Worked flawlessly. The location was fabulous, we easily walked everywhere. "Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "

"This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Had a room in a new part of the hotel (260) .. very clean and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Straightforward aircon/heat management, which warmed the room up well as needed. Excellent breakfast. Could not fault any member of staff ... service was excellent. "
