"This was our second stay here we find it convenient to the motorway when travelling back from Birmingham airport after a late flight . Dislike the lack of socket/ phone charging it is only one side of the bed . The room was cold , set the air con unit to 25 degrees but it kept blowing out cold air so turned it off completely, a spare blanket kept in the wardrobe would have been very welcome . I booked a double room and we were given a double disabled room , not a nice room at all with all the adaptations not needed by us which made it more difficult .We arrived after 11pm so did not like to request a room change but wish we had ."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful scenery as a backdrop. Staff all very helpful. Stayed over following a family event for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and it was a great venue for it. "

"All perfect - easy check in. Beautiful room such comfy beds!! the food in restaurant was so good probably the best at a hotel i have ever had. Spa was lovely! could do with more places to sit chairs or sunbeds round the pool. "
