Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead
The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.

The room although on appearance good there were a number of issues albeit minor that over the duration of the stay was a let down considering the upgrade we had paid for.
