"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of main courses served in a lavishly appointed dining room. Very helpful personable staff. The only negative factor was that even in October the room was inadequately heated. The single heater in a large room gave only a feeble output .No additional heaters were available. Otherwise an excellent stay. The hotel is a recent aqusition of the RAD group. I have a RAD card and should earn points for the stay. The staff seemed uncertain about the system and to date I do not know if the points due were added. Hopefully the staff can be trained in this,"
