"The breakfast was good! Coffee was in desperate need of more grounds! Parking was easy and lots of room. The shampoo conditioner bodywash situation could be of much better quality. The bed is way to firm and springy feeling for my body but those who like firm beds will enjoy. The staff were all very friendly and easy to talk to!"

"I found the hotel very clean, staff polite and welcoming and as an added touch, someone by the name of Monica, who works at the Holiday Inn, texted me while I was staying there and asked me how everything was and if there was anything she could do to help my stay better. I appreciated that and thought it was a nice touch. I didn’t care too much for the continental breakfast, but many people did enjoy it, I just don’t care for that type of food. I like the fact that it was close to downtown. When I stay in a hotel, I like a clean room and this room met all of my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."

"Terrible. Booked two double beds. Got there, changed room to king bed. Tried getting a refund was offered no money back. Kept fighting with them till they realized I did actually book 2 double beds. Finally got my money back. Tried looking for another hotel but the city was booked solid, so had to go back in and deal with having a single bed instead of two. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time staying here. "

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The service in the restaurant was also friendly , but slow. The poor girl could have used some extra help. But other then that everything was great. Clean rooms and comfy bed."
