The hotel was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food and decent service. I wouldn't spend too much time outside at night. There were security guards that looked like storm troopers walking around in pairs, so that was good, but unsettling.

They do not offer any of the VIP features unless you pointed out to them. They tried to put me in a smaller room than was advertised on Expedia I told them VIP gets me a free room upgrade there was nobody in the hotel in terms of busy time it was very empty and it was a challenge to get any upgrades or even reasonable room based on what was advertised

The presence of long black hair throughout the bed, showers, tub, walls, pool, and pool floors is unsanitary and unappealing. Additionally, the unpleasant mildew odor in the room has determined that I will not be returning for another stay.
