Booked because it was in stonebridge so I expected higher quality. The room was dirty, it was very noisy in the hotel, with people in the hallways all night and children running around. The fridge in the room made an awful noise on and off all night long. The walls in the room were poorly patched up from previous incidents and the whole hotel clearly needs some attention and deep cleaning. The room and rest of the hotel had a weird smell. The staff seem unbothered by the chaos. The one positive was that the bed and pillows were comfortable.

First, please know we really like the location, rooms are nice and clean and staff were nice enough. Due to work, we stayed twice this summer but won't be back. Noise was a huge issue both times. While we realize many guests were from evacuated areas due to the wildfires that shouldn't be the reason for the loud partying to be spilling into the hallways until 2am. Front desk was sympathetic but nothing they could do? There is no security to call?!

The hotel was decent, beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a weird colour and filled with kids late at night - nothing to do about that and it looked much cleaner in the morning. Not a fancy stay but very comfy sleep.
