"the property itself feels more like an apt. or condo complex so it didn’t have that luxury hotel feel. Still a lot of construction and lobby bar wasn’t completed. The rooms are huge and having a washer /dryer is a plus. The plumbing wasn’t competed in the primary bathroom sink so water spilled all over the floor. It was fixed the next day. Staff was very friendly. "

Could also hear the people upstairs walking. Something in the room bit me a few times . Free parking was a plus. Only for a VIP voucher for 2 drinks vs the daily credit that was advertised on Expedia "

"One of my favorite hotel stays. The room was incredibly comfortable. Especially the bed! Very well thought out amenities. Even the little bar in the shower to make it easy to shave your legs! And a towel just for make up removal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"Horrible hotel. It is not as good as it looks in the photos. Everything under renovation including front lobby, gym, etc. They said it’s taken years and still not done. Stains on carpet, one day we had to go to a wedding and right when we were trying the water got shut off to the whole building for 2 hours with no warning. Light in the room was flickering the whole time like a strobe light. Breakfast was just a packaged muffin. Fire alarm went off 2 times within our 4 days there throughout the whole building and nobody would shut it off. Location sucks, it’s right by the freeway so it’s loud but nothing within walking distance. Overall horrible hotel."
