Bed is comfortable, shower hot, air conditioner working, and room was clean. Amenities lacking but only because the property is in the middle of renovation. Free breakfast was a grab bag offering only sweets and no coffee. Other than that my stay was great.

This hotel was under construction, which I did not know when I made the reservation. The front desk and entry were closed. Instead tables and computers were set up in a hallway beside a side door. It was necessary to use a service elevator, which was understandably often busy. There was no breakfast. The room key had to be rekeyed daily. But on the up side, the room itself was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. It is probably reasonable to expect that these problems will not be present in the future, but they were inconvenient for me during this stay.

ALTHOUGH UNDER CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE IS THAT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THE CARD KEY READER DID NOT WORK, CAUSING US TO HAVE TO GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS MULTIPLE TIMES. ONE NOTE-I AM AN ARCHITECT AND THE ROOM WE WERE IN, WHILE NICE, STILL HAD UNFINISHED COMPONENTS. FOR EXAMPLE, TOILET WAS NOT AFFIXED TO THE FLOOR (MISSING SCREWS) AND THERE WAS CUT DRYWALL WHERE I ASSUME AN ACCESS PANEL IS TO BE INSTALLED. MINOR PAINT ISSUES (IE PAINT ON WALLCOVERING) BUT OVERALL NICE.
