Staff are nice but I didn’t get my hotels.com F&B credit and the water dispenser on my floor was broken meaning I had to go up and down each time I needed to get water.

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
Location! Location! Location! Loved the easy access to the theaters, Time Square, Rockefeller Center, great restaurants, subways to everywhere and the room was clean and efficient. No wasted space. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. I’ll be back!
