I find the accommodation ideal for our needs. The rooms are in a separate building to the pub/restaurant so noise is minimal and facilities convenient. We've stayed here several times now and I'll keep coming back.

Housekeeping was good over our three night stay. one morning just one waitress was on duty therefore she was overworked and unable to keep up with the service expected. Additionally the bar floor area was sticky. Breakfast was average, one morning poached eggs served broken and undercooked. Hot water for Tea served from vacuum dispensers we’re barely warm on every morning.

Good to have the restaurant and bar right there. Would have preferred a free standing shower rather than over the bath, but that is just personal choice. Road noise just about acceptable. All staff were friendly and efficient.

Great Place

Really impressed by the whole experience. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bar/ restaurant was also very welcoming well stocked and comfortable. Also everyone who worked there were super friendly and helpful.

Very nice property, clean, and great bar/restaurant. Parking lot was large and easy. I recommend the hotel. Only downside was the walk to Whitby Harbour was longer than we wanted.

Pleasant hotel in a good location . Only 20 min stroll to the town centre. Breakfast was very nice and excellent value . Room was clean with comfortable bed & good shower . Staff were very friendly and always keen to help if asked .

What staff there was were excellent but not enough if them We had no housekeeping at all, a grotty view of the back of screwfix. Absolutely not worth the money i paid as i could have got better view and service at the Royal hotel for the same money
