"Property is very nice. Parking is only with Valet and costs $30/day. Room was small but clean. Balcony was nice touch. Mattress was not comfortable, it was soft and first night had a difficult time sleeping. Due to spring break, they could not switch us to another room or change the mattress. They did provide us with complimentary late check out which was fair although we checked out on time. Overall very good experience. Beach is very clean, breakfast was good with cutoff time of 11am which is unheard of in most hotels. If they can provide a good mattress that does not feel like a water bed, this is great hotel. "

"The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I would stay at this location just for that again. The only issue I had was the parking. For those disabled and handicapped, there is not much parking near the front to accommodate and additional parking for these features are further away. "

"This hotel was disappointing. I would not stay here unless I was a smoker and wanted to be able to smoke where I was staying.,Although the room seemed clean, the glass was cracked in our large window. The outside area right outside our room and the pool area was littered with dirty ashtrays and there were frequently people smoking there. Empty water bottles and towels were left lying around for over 24 hours altho I did see someone vacuum the Pool the two mornings we were there and the water appeared cleaner than the pool deck. Front desk was perfunctory. Strong deodorizer smell in the rooms, "

"Was a very nice trip for our family of 3. The pool area was great, partial ocean view was even better than we thought. Loved having the balcony for morning sunrises. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Smooth check in and check out. The room itself was good but the bathroom could’ve used some updating- didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the place. Plenty to do without leaving the resort- pool, beach, coffee shop, entertainment. We’d come back!"
