"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for additional pillows ( only 1 pp provided). The breakfast was good and tasty and plenty of attentive staff if needed. The hotel rooms however are very tired with very poor decor standards. Tiles in the bathroom were miss-matched and grubby and flooring lifting in places. Was surprised to have to pay ยฃ5 to park the car as a resident though"

"We had a really lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Sheffield. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and the rooms are a great size. Check-in was really easy and the customer service throughout was excellent. We were also really impressed with the housekeeping team. We accidentally left some money behind in the room after checking out, and it was found, logged and we were contacted through the hotelโs lost-property system. It was very reassuring and says a lot about how trustworthy and professional the team are. The only issue we had was getting to the hotel and the parking. A number of the surrounding roads were closed, so finding the hotel initially was a bit of a challenge. We also had to take a longer route to get to the car park, which added around 10 minutes to the journey. Once parked though, the walk back to the hotel was only about five minutes, so it wasnโt too bad. Apart from that, we had no complaints at all. Great location, lovely hotel, spacious rooms and excellent service. We would definitely stay again."

"A lovely clean room. When the dockets didnโt work in the room the staff were very helpful and quickly moved me. Good breakfast, cooked to order so nice and fresh. Loved that there was decent coffee in the rooms and a place to help yourself to biscuits, tea and coffee ๐"

"A lovely refurbished hotel with excellent pool and gym. Nice choice of breakfast maybe open up the scope a little to include fish or things like eggs Benedict. Rooms clean and tidy though we did notice the collection of dust on the light fittings. I do ring them on my way back to the hotel and asked for help to get back after the concert tough to be told they could not help luckily some people in a local restaurant helped us other wise we would have been stranded thanks to uber too after managing to get a signal who came and rescued us. A great location though."
