A fantastic stay in an exceptional self-catering suite. Staff were so friendly, helpful and eager to help in anyway they could. A must for anyone visiting Rotorua.

Michelle, the Hotel Manager made all the difference to our stay there. She was so involved and helpful about our trip. Very good advice, helped us in a lot of things. She also took the trouble of checking and ensuring the rest of the trip after Rotorua was all planned well and helped us take care of a couple of issues that we might have faced. Any body would easily mistake her to be the Owner there. Great Job Michelle!!! The room, beds, everything else was good. Though its a little old...

This is a slightly tired and dated motel, but for the price paid we cannot complain. The “spa tub” bath has seen better days , and we would not have wanted to sit in it, but for showering it was acceptable. We slept very well as the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Clean room everyday and easy access to the pool

The motel was really close to the attractions I wanted to visited whilst I was in Rotarua, as it was at the top of Fenton Street. Although for some it may be a bit out of the way, it’s about a half hour walk from the centre of town. The room was clean, and tidy, and the kitchen area had everything I needed. The bathroom was fine, and I appreciated the toiletries. If you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the trucks that run late/early, but I imagine that goes for quite a lot of the...

Very welcoming host. Beautiful property. Excellent facilities. Spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed using bbq and hot tub. 30 minutes walk into centre. Perfect

What a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and in great condition with excellent facilities, comfortable, spacious and a joy to stay in. Location is great near to all top attractions and easy drive to shops, restaurants ( would recommend Eat Street). Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Information from owners is spot on in advance and access easy so no hassle settling in. We would thoroughly recommend Redwood Apartments and if we are in Rotorura again it will be our first place to stay.

Spacious rooms, wonderful bathroom with walk in shower and spa pool. Immaculately clean. Toiletries provided plus coffee/tea etc. Full cooking facilities. Everything you need really. Great location.

This was a base for us to explore Rotorua and nearby during a 3 day visit. Nice hotel that was really central, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, a supermarket and shopping centre and most of the tour companies were in the next street. We had a nice balcony and a hot tub.

Excellent welcome from really friendly & helpful couple. Kids loved pool. Perfect for what we needed.

Excellent location near the waterfront and within minutes walk from Eat Street. Spacious rooms and good facilities. Staff were excellent. Would highly recommend. Free parking and two on site mineral spa's and heated outdoor pool.
