"Everything was great including the huge breakfast"

"1. Employees were nice! 2. Room doors were horrible - they slammed so loud. 3. The faucet was put on wrong. It was attached too far back so the water ran on the counter. 3. There was no iron in the room. 4. The breakfast was just so so. You need to have different warming trays. You have to hold the lid while you hold the plate to get the food out. It should be a lid that itself closes when we got to the food someone had left the lid off. Microtel is not for us."

"Hotel carpet and furniture was filthy dirty with stains. Curtains were ragged and dirty. Front desk help was not very friendly. DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Breakfast was too expensive, so we walked 2 blocks to coffee shop and ate. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable, but furniture was old and curtain torn. Staff was the best part. They were friendly and helpful. "
