"This is my third time coming to NOLA, and my second time staying here. I stayed at The Chateau the first time, and it was amazing. The second year I came back and stayed at a big chain hotel, and I didn't experience The French Quarter the same way, it felt like any other hotel and not the French Quarter. I love it here. Elaine remembered me from two years ago. The entire staff was helpful, very welcoming with offering me complimentary water and making sure I was hydrated (specially the front desk lady that works the evening shift and gets off at 11), LOVED her! I will for sure come back next year, and stay here again. If you want to experience the French Quarter, you can't stay anywhere else!"
